Lackluster black levels are to be expected at this price point. Tv settings are a bit odd to access, but the Fire TV system is fast.

This TV looks and performs great. CEC works perfectly with PS3 and PS4. The image looks amazing and light weight allows for easy wall mounting. I just wish it had more HDMI ports.

The only disappointment with the tv is that it does not do well with over the air signals , as long as it is left on the internet is is well worth the money.

Though I’m cautious when purchasing used electronics, this was an open box smart tv. It was an Insignia brand tv which we have had one before, and have never had troubles with it.

Got it for $250 so it’s not great, but for the money you can’t beat it. Fire TV is fantastic. There is little control for picture.

I wasn't sure how this TV would be given the great price but it is wonderful and perfect! The only thing I don't like is the volume doesn't seem to be loud enough for me but all is else is great!

My learning curve was slow at first but once I got the hang of it I really love the television but it was hard at first The owners manual is terrible but the TV is great

Definately an old school tv. Slow to navigate with remote ( like old school texting) but gets the job done for the price

Such a great tv, I love how clear everything looks. Unfortunately it was too big for our built in tv nook so we had to take it back, but it was great while we had it.

I bought this because it was on sale for a crazy low price. After owning the tv for a little, I have to admit I wonder if I should have just spent the money to get a better unit. Bright scenes look gorgeous, but nighttime scenes or anything with a lot of black looks horrendous. I have tried a multitude of settings adjustments.

No complaints so far, and we've had it about a month. Had to do some Googling about a few things we bumped up again, but overall it's great. I'm very pleased with the purchase!

We purchased this Tv during a Black Friday sale. We didn’t have overly high expectations but it’s a pretty decent TV for the money. Sound is OK but we purchased a sound bar.

I never wanted a smart tv. I especially did not want an Amazon enabled smart tv. But I have a husband, so this device is in my house. The format of the tv is like having a Fire Stick, so if you are familiar with that it is the same thing. So Amazon content is front and center. The picture and sound are fine, nothing spectacular. I guess it is convenient to not have to have separate devices and remotes for all the different services and it is nice not to have to switch between multiple input buttons.

I have bought two of these so for , as a promotional for a function at my job. The winner's have stated that they really love them.

Fine for your first 4k hdr tv. Amazon fire interface is a little bit slow after a while if you have to many applications running but overall it is a good buy.

It’s a good overall quality tv for its price and size. I’m not a big fan of Fire TV functionality as I can’t get all the apps and functionality of ROKU.

Great low end 4K tv to enjoy at a low price with easy setup.

I don’t know that much about the insignia brand, so I was very sceptical about purchasing a 55in but I love it and a plus as a FireTV. Very easy setup. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Technology makes this unit a wonderful buy. The sound is great and the picture quality real nice. Hope it lasts a long time!!
