The screen went black and that was it. All standard troubleshooting as referenced on support forums did not fix the issue. The only next best option would be to have the hardware replaced.

It's nice, does what it's supposed to do. Price was great. Now it's dead, no power. Very sad. It was Soo cheap, it's very debatable if it's cost worthy to repair. It's was great for 15 months, next time I'll buy the extended warranty.... I guess

The screen just went black one night and even after hours the next day of researching, resetting, unplugging/plugging back and forth… NOTHING worked. I regret making this purchase because I originally thought the price was a steal on Black Friday, but now I will carefully consider the quality/brand instead.
