Tv has fire stick built into it and the graphics are great. This tv was on sale and I was skeptical because if that but it works very well.

The smart portion of the TV worked great. The cable had a gliche where I would have to unplug the TV to get cable to work properly. It was totally the TV as I used different TVs on the same physical cable and they worked as expected. It kept getting worse and now I am replacing TV with a better brand.

No issues from the beginning and still nothing to report nearly a year later. Happy with the purchase.

Works beautifully 99% of the time. Occasionally the internet will go out on it and I have to re-set it

This is a great value. The size, image quality, and features with the price is just unbeatable. I barely use it but it's still fantastic!

4k TV works great for money. Speakers are decent. Installed in bedroom and works great for the space.

I am not in love with this TV. Which is probably a good thing because it is a TV. However, I am actually referring to the quality of the tv. It is okay. I have it on the wall in my basement for entertaining. It gets used for sporting events or Spotify, while we are playing pool or playing darts. I would not use as my primary TV.

Seemed like a fine tv but my husband wanted to use it as a monitor and the image quality didn’t work for that.

For 250 bucks can’t complain. Compressed night content is terribly pixilated but like I said you get what you pay for.

I was afraid about purchasing this tv at first Bc of the brand name but I’m glad I did and got a good deal on it ! Very good image and colors

Great TV for the price. Best Buy really stands behind their house brand. Great budget 4K set for the price.

We bought this on sale due to needing an new tv for our living room and are happy with it for the price we got it for.

Love it! I had been putting off this purchase but I'm so glad I finally got it and am so happy it does everything I expected and more.

This tv was a great deal! The only thing that bothered me was the “soap opera” affect. It was easily corrected though!

The tv worked great and at the price w/ built in firestick it was a win win... i figured i gotta get atleast 3 years out of anything , even a toaster.. buy :-( ... ughh she only lasted for a year and a half .. the screen suddenly went black ... nothing worked... i eventually called a pro to come out for $135 to diagnose ... he said the screen was shot ( cheap parts that burn out ) and it was no way worth the cost to repair. I felt very sad ... but remembered why i always stick with the high end brands when it comes to tvs... actually i learned long ago that basically if you want a tv that will work out of the box , be user friendly , and screen always appear the right size no matter the channel or source .. SAMSUNG is the only way to go. I also got the 5 year protection because its worth it when u have a good thing, you dont have to worry and can really enjoy using it. i have it now and love it.:-)

Only a week with it but I like it. My only problem is the same problem I have with all TVs, calibrating the picture.

I hope these Fire branded TVs hold up better than the Roku tvs where wifi would stop functioning on them. Time will tell!
