A very easy plug and play tv. Picture is above good but not like the high end TVs during dark scenes on the programs watched but excellent for the price.

I love this tv. It has a great picture and sound. I also love the the built in fire tv. No more having to mess with 2 remotes. I got it black Friday so the price was great.

We purchased this tv after having a 7 Year old LG 47” 3D tv decided it did not want to work anymore. We were looking for a 4K smart tv and found that the original price and the specs worked for our needs. We 2 young children, I did not need a tv that would break the bank for the best sound and screen. I needed a pretty nice 4K screen with excellent sound and if it allows us to stream content(90%of the content we view) then it will be perfect. We bought this tv on a deal of the day a week after we bought the 50” tv for the same price.

For the price this TV has a great picture. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the sound.Easy to set up and the Fire TV is easy to use. Very happy with purchase.

Seeing that we own many Insignia TV's, this one a rare buy for a big screen, may be a 4K but only a 60 Hertz refresh rate. Would have been better as at minimum 120.

TV has excellent picture and Amazon fire TV easy to use. My only complaint would possibly be Amazon's web browser. Menu options in settings on TV are excellent.

I didn't expected from Insignia such a great price and quality but they are good. If you dont want to go over $300 for you tv this is it. This Tv is great in $300.

My brother lives in Charlotte North Carolina and has been laid off for a year. Their TV went bad and I found this one after reading the reviews and deciding it was a really good option for the price. They are extremely happy with it and the ease of set up, which with his sons help only took about five minutes. Also, I live in Anderson Indiana and ordered online. I had a verification that it was ready for pick up in less than a half hour and within one and a half hours they had it picked up, shut up and working with no problems. Thank you Best Buy for great products and customer service!

I bought a smaller version of this tv. Clear bright picture a& sound is great. So I bought the 55” because an older tv was in the process dieing read the description carefully, the 55” is a diagonal measurement, so it was much smaller than the one we replaced. Was going to return it for this reason, but to avoid the hassle we moved one of our other tv’s & put this in the man cave. My fault for not reading the description better but it doesn’t stand out in description so I wanted to point out to those who might be shopping for a 55 inch tv.

This tv looks amazing... picture quality is great! Could never even imagine how great this picture quality is for the price! Built in fire TV...HDR... Great Great deal!

It's a discount brand Tv, it works, decent picture, decent features. How long does it work is still to be determined

Well, I was waiting long time to get this tv on the price of $250 plus tax, is like have Black Friday price. I owned a insignia tv before and I was very happy, and I have to say this tv is awesome for the price, the color are great, the image qualities great, specially for 4k, the integration with the amazon fire software is awesome. The only thing is about the volume up/down if you don't have a sound bar or other speakers. Integrated speakers are just ok, but if you want better sounds then attach a sound bar. I used my Bose solo 5 and no problems at all. I recommend this tv, speacially at $250, is great tv in great coming size.

Great TV, especially for the price. Smart TV w/ Alexa, great picture quality and sound... I was teetering between this TV and a TCL.... I’m glad I went with the Insignia.

Great TV for the price! Wasn't too sure about Insignia coming from a Samsung user, but the TV exceeded my expectations for something budget friendly.

We bought this to replace an LG tv we had received as a gift for Christmas 2018. The picture quality of this tv is basically, if not exactly, the same as that of the more expensive LG tv it replaced and I like the built-in Amazon capabilities (we have not tried the voice-activated remote or synced the tv with our Alexa yet, but we have easy access to my Prime account right from the home screen, as well as other apps). It was also very easy to download and install any apps that did not come pre-programmed on the tv, like Disney+. All in all, I think it is a high quality tv at a reasonable price.

Bought this as an early Mother's day gift. Something easy for mom to use. It was an easy setup, straight forward remote with surprising sound volume! All at a great sale price.

Picture, sound and features are great. Fire has an app to mirror my Iphone and Ipad. I certainly don't think you could find any better for triple the price I paid for this tv.

We chose the Insignia Fire TV because it was the size we wanted, it was a smart TV, and it was the most advanced TV that we could afford. It has exceeded all expectations.

Good quality Insignia 55" UHD TV that is easy to install and set-up. Excellent picture clarity with good sound quality for a reasonable price.

Great sound and visual quality. The built in Fire TV is the best service we have tried. It's easy to use. The remote has a built in mic for Alexa commands too.
