So many issues

Closes apps randomly. Sleep timer changes without my input. And the remote doesn’t always work. Support tells me to do hard reset, doesn’t help. Tv is going in the trash, it is so irritating! I don’t think I need to jump through hoops to get a product to work the way it’s supposed to.
