Seriously I don't know why best buy would even put their name on this product. The FireTV operating system is so terrible and inconsistent. I have to hard restart my TV every day just to use it. One day it won't connect to the internet. The next day it won't connect to my remote and so on. Not to mention there's only one button on the TV.. so if you need to do anything and you don't have a remote.. you're crap out of luck. I regret this purchase so much..
