Remote broke in less than 11 months

Due to COVID-19 situation, I couldn't call the customer support until my warranty ran out. Even after I explain the situation, the customer support wouldn't authorize a replacement remote and now I have to pay another $30 for their remote??!! And I too have a LG Tv that I purchased back in 2007, which still works great with it's OEM remote. I'll stay away from Insignia products from now on and I would highly recommend the same to you as well.
