Total Garbage

Had constant streaming audio syncing issues right out of the box, despite running on latest updated version of FireTV, over extremely high-speed Internet (Gigablast from Cox). Read every support forum, tried altering the frame rate setting via a secret menu...nothing. Even movies over Amazon Prime got out of sync (and this is Amazon’s own OS platform). Insignia’s “customer service” was useless, despite there being numerous reports of the same bugs/issues by other buyers here in the reviews. Thankfully I was able to return this and had the issues immediately (the only temp solution was to RESTART fireTV, but this usually lasted about 30 minutes before the issue would resurface on Netflix and/or Amazon Prime). Note this TV never actually restarts itself, it simply goes to sleep. 100% intolerable. You get what you pay for, so don’t waste your time with this (I spent $200 more and got a much nicer LG TV without any problems whatsoever).
