I bought this tv on sale for $250. Can’t beat a 55” smart tv for that price. Netflix, HBO, and Prime TV integration right into the remote. Great value tv

I previously had a 43' insignia 1080 tv and saw this 55' on sale! I bought it because I thought it was time to jump to 4k and may improve my gaming experience, but those were the wrong reasons. I don't own ps4 pro or any 4k exporting streaming service. I also got worse at playing rocket league because the screen is wayyy to big. But I thoroughly enjoy the smart tv and occasional crystal clear image. All my friend see it, and think cool, when I tell them the price they don't believe me. It was a killer deal, but I wasn't ready to jump to 4k. Can't wait for ps5.

TV is awesome and still works like champ. Is very easy to navigate and for the price I could not let it pass.

This is a good 4k uhd Fire TV with Alexa voice control remote. I like the picture and sound quality. The only issue I have found with it is when I connect a Sound Bar using hdmi arc, the sound takes some time to sync/match up. Also when I pause/rewind/forward a video (on Netflix for example) the audio decreases. I need to pause the video and play it again to get the actial audio. This might be a generic issue or an issue with just this unit.

Used this TV for 9 months the Fire TV function is way faster than a fire stick the picture quality is also amazing. Great TV

For the size, for the price, it’s great value. Set up was easy. If faced to make decision to purchase another television again, I would select this one.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TV!!!!! Unless you want to buy a new one every year!! I will never purchase another Insignia product ever again! (1st) Terrible customer service (2) The TV stopped working only after a year. The TV was great when I first bought it, for the price the picture was actually incredible. However one day it turned on the screen flashed and has not worked since! The TV is still on and works however the back light does not. Apparently this is a very common issue with these TV's as after waiting nearly an hour to get a hold of an actual customer service rep and not a robot they knew exactly what the issue was. However to my surprise they were unwilling to do anything about it. Yes i understand it has just passed the date for the warranty, but when I asked what can be done about this she said you can make an appointment with Geek Squad however the cost to repair will likely be the same as just buying a new TV!! So after hearing the great news I then ask if there is anything they can do to help in terms of a part or part number , she of coarse says NO and this time with a little more attitude at which point I say so basically all I have now is a giant paper weight and she actually responded with 'Yes" There's more to the conversation but that was enough for me. Insignia is clearly just another manufacture that is making cheap garbage products with out any intention for them to last. This mentality of "just buy another" truly speaks to the character of this company. Like I said I will never purchase another Insignia product no matter how cheap it is. You get what you pay for.

I bought this TV on sale. The TV has a great picture, it sometimes misses on refresh rate, but very rarely. The colors are good and the sound is very good.

It’s ok, it’s not what I wanted but it will work. Very sharp image and easy to set up. It’s still not connect to my echo.

I'm really enjoying my new Insignia smart tv. It was easy to mount to the tv stand, easy to set up and looks and works great. I'm happy with this purchase.

I purchased 2 of these and have zero complaints. I have a Samsung smart tv as well and these are just as good if not better for a much better price!

We've had the TV for about a month or so now and would recommend this to family and friends. This is a great TV. Sound is great and color is awesome.

I love this TV. I used to have to go on my Xbox to watch stuff but now I just need 1 device. The picture is amazing. It's easy set up and easy to use.

I purchased this tv primarily because I really like FireTV and since it was built in I wouldn’t have to buy it separately, plus it’s 4K. Unless I’m missing something the picture quality isn’t terrible but definitely doesn’t pop. I replaced a Samsung 55in 1080p and I can definitely tell the difference in picture quality. I’ve tried changing the picture settings but no luck so far. For the price it’s worth it. If you want a bright color picture you’ll want to spend the extra cash.
