Barely used for 1 year and 8 months and has worked poorly since day one. The remote is inconsistent and batteries have not been the problem. For the past month the screen is black and will not light up and now Best Buy doesn't answer their phones to attempt to see if there is a warranty. I do not recommend this type of tv.

Got it on sale and it's a good start off TV for its price but not good for gaming, probably should invest a little more for that PS5 set.

The picture screen isn't showing to the fullest potential of the TV itself. There's no booklet that shows how to adjust the picture screen to make it larger.

The features of the tv were good. The picture was a little too dark which is supposed to be more lifelike but it was a stain to watch. Returned for another brand.

The remote of the tv really bad,I have replaced the remote but still that is not working after 4month.

My 4 grand children, range from 6 - 9 years old get to be overly active resulting in breakage of tvs video players and I cant afford to buy what I really want.

Not as nice as a Samsung but does the job. Needed a half decent TV for my wife's salon and this did the trick. Picture isn't as good as my Samsung but its OK.

The sound it not good after watching the tv the shows volume is extremely low so when you turn up the volume and a commercial comes on it’s on blast.

I bought this TV on special for $330 and it seemed like an amazing deal! I never owned a Insignia before, but the salesman ensured me it was a good in house Bestbuy brand. I got it set up and streamed a couple shows for about two hours, and that’s when the screen went black. Sound continued to play, but video was completely gone. After several attempts to reboot, i ended up returning it and was forced to buy yet another brand i knew nothing about. Service team was not very helpful.

Unfortunately it would of been 5 stars but not even 1 year and now the screen briefly turns on and show's no image.

I'm not sure if my tv has a problem or just isn't up to my expectations. It has a flash across it every once in a while. Kind of weird.

Bought Insignia 55" w/FireTV in Feb 2020 on deal of the day for $479.99 for a Mother's Day present. So, TV was actually opened in May 2020. Here it is April 2021 and the screen will not turn on. Remote works, it goes off standby and I can hear the normal clicking sound as I scroll through the menu that I can't see, but apparently the power supply to the panel is defective or the panel itself is defective. So, I am technically 6 weeks past the 1 year manufacturer warranty, so Best Buy nor Insignia will do anything for support. Remember, only 6 weeks out of warranty but only 10 months of use, really!! What kind of timing is that? Geek Squad said if they send a tech, it will be $99 for a technician trip charge plus $109 for labor plus parts which are not available, so a technician repair attempt will be a guaranteed failure anyway per Geek Squad. I bought 3 of these TVs last year from Best Buy (2x55" and 1x70") but this lack of longevity, performance and support will make me stop recommending these to my friends and family and purchase elsewhere in the future.

Worked great in the beginning,after a year and a half backlight issues and no fix without spending almost the same amount on repairs as original purchase price. Glad to see it is discontinued. Money wasted, should have went to Wal-Mart and spent less just to have to replace after less than two years

GARBAGE. This is the third insignia fire tv that has died on me, all within a 5 1/2 year period. Fire tv is one of many of Jeff Bezos (Amazon) way of screwing the consumer. Why is Mr. Bezos worth billions? Because he has these GARBAGE televisions made for him and sells them for cheap - it’s quantity, not quality that has made him worth what he is worth. We live in a disposable world these days. Best Buy doesn’t (where I purchased two of the three from) want to help in any way. Best Buy should be called “Worst Products” instead. Nothing is made in the USA anymore and help (more like lack of) isn’t offered by anyone who doesn’t have a camel tied up in their yard. The only thing “Smart” about this tv is that it makes these people lots of money. I will never purchase anything with the words “Fire TV” in the description again. All three of these tv’s have had multiple problems all along and then die within 6 months of the warranty expiring. Best Buy Sucks

Not the best or greatest looking 4K tv, but if ur on a budget and need something to stream Netflix Hulu etc this should be your go to.

Screen was broken, took it out of the box and saw a circular crack about the size of a baseball. It’s always so nice to give someone a broken gift.

I'm sure it was a good, sturdy item. It was stolen out of my garage so I never really got to use it..

Great at first but later on sometimes it won't turn on and static, so have to turn off and back on.

At the price point i would rate this tv at a 4 star. The issue lies in the amazon smart tv features that can be glitchy and need to be restarted
