Next TV will be bought somewhere else.

I'm looking into warranty coverage, but very dissapointing. There were weird flickers before it stopped turning on but we weren't sure if it was our internet connection...probably related. Also, the blacks aren't very clear, pretty grainy but we were hoping to keep it still because of the functions, size, and price. Not anymore : (

This is a smart tv that doesn’t work with universal remotes at all. They are going to send me a remote, but that will take days. I’m so upset. Worst bestbuy experience ever. Never buying anything from this place again

Decent Picture, very poor performance

I have only owned it for a few months and I am now having to fully unplug it daily for it to play things from common apps like Hulu and youtube. The response time is slow and the loading of pages is abysmal.

Don't waste your money

Our TV gave out just shy of 2 years and I was told it is no longer covered under manufacturer warranty so they just basically stole my money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this brand.

However, it would not turn on after the 1st use. Am currently out $300 since this tv is used for a student ministry at a church (come to find out that the warranty is voided if used anywhere outside a residence). Lesson learned! Insignia is owned by Best Buy so I have no recourse.

It appears to be having a power failure. It will flash on and off. From what I’ve read on online forums this brand is known for this and it’s not uncommon for them to last about a year. I’m very disappointed.
