My only complaint is the sound. It’s ok but had to turn up high. So I bought a sound bar and everything is great.

It has all the typical apps but connecting to phone doesn’t work well.

There was a delayed speech in the tv, I tried my best to fix it , called geek squad and nothing .

I needed 5 cámaras and I got a set of four cámaras. I would like to get another one, but they do not sale one unit.

The product is good but the operation is little difficult to operate if you are using more inputs

Not bad for the money you get what you pay for. Not great for gaming. Voice control is fun. I would buy again

The screen size was great the only think bad is once u turn on the tv in the night the brightness is too bright

Great price and looks very nice, but you get what you paid for in terms of picture quality.

Screen went out in about a year. No problems up to the day it went out.

Less than two years old went to black screen. Worked well until then. Nothing worked to correct. Best Buy wanted a Geek Squad Subscription and then still would have been an extra $150 plus to have checked out. Researching, this is a common issue with this TV. Was purchased Nov 2019.

Absolutely one of the worst purchases ever from this particular brand - we bought this TV on August 18th 2019. There were no issues with shipping, delivery and hauling away. However, since then, we have faced repeated issues with having to power reset this TV because it wouldn't turn on all of a sudden (even though we could see it had power). All other devices in our house were working fine, and there were no issues with power and power outlets. The TV would then work after using power reset method, but yesterday, it wouldn't turn on even after using this technique. We are tired of facing this repeated problem. It is not worth spending money on something after 2 years especially on TV for us. Maybe we will consider other brands. Insignia Fire TV was a complete fail. Now we have to spend money again this year and it's a waste.

If you are considering this tv due to price save your money until you can afford a better one! I had no idea the picture quality would be low. The black colors are never truly black and the colors appear to have a haze like film over them. The only time the picture quality is decent is when the brightness is on zero, but then its so dim and hard to watch. I prefer my apple tv interface instead of the fire that comes installed. This tv will randomly shut the apple tv box off which can be frustrating when watching live television. I will be purchasing a new TV with better quality just wish I had never bought this one and wasted my money!

I'm returning it. Usb port doesn't recognize any usb drives formats. After say "yes" for the TV to format a brand-new usb, the usb got damaged & couldn't be read by windows or linux. After letting windows to re-format it, a 32gb usb now only 16MB ... pictures aren't good compare to samsung or lg ... insignia app couldn't connect TV to alexa ... lot of problems...

Bought this for my son. He loved it. He used his alexa in his bedroom to control it.

There is some pixels that keep changing color on the bottom left. So annoying.

Sometimes will not connect to WiFi and very frustrating, but when it works it’s a great TV.

Was working great for two weeks hanging on the wall...woke up one morning and turned it on and it had a crack starting to spread on the screen. The store offered no solutions to help me. Now I owe money on a Best Buy credit card for a junk tv. Do not recommend

I like it a little because it has the fire stick built in but I don’t like the quality of the pic

I didn't like the fact that you have to have an Amazon account to even get to the channels.

Blacks are terrible. input lag unbearable. returned immediately the live tv interface for digital satellite is outstanding, but other than that... not worth it
