Absolute garbage, do not buy this brand

Fine… while it lasted

So sad to have to buy another new one. It’s so frustrating that products don’t last like they used to. Just replaced a 25 year old fridge. Hoping the new one will last 10.

A little over a year after purchase the backlight LED went out. So disappointed since the manufacture has a 1 year warranty. This problem was a few weeks past the warranty expiration. Most of my past Insignia TVs have been reliable.

Poor Quality DO NOT GET THIS ITEM

Unfortunately, I can't return it because its 28 days outside the return window. This poor quality merchandise is not worth it. DO NOT GET THIS ITEM!!!

Insignia lasted on two years

The screen flashed when you turn it on and then you get nothing. I'll be switching brands for the next purchase.

Just two years later it's force quitting applications like Netflix regularly, turning itself off, and giving random messages that cover the screen saying it can't find my remote.

Backlight blew

The one year warranty has passed & im being told the cost to repair the TV will be more then what the TV cost. I am very frustrated
