    Don't waist your time with this brand. Cheap. First time purchasing we had to replace it within two months of purchasing. Claimed it was normal but shouldn' t happen again. Won't turn on aftr it started. about a month ago of just turning off the pixture. Now flashes and pops off. Of course it is out of warranty.

    We noticed this deal, and that it had all the latest tech features, so decided to give it a try. We followed all the setting up instructions, and upon setting up noticed a cracked screen. We had to place everything back in the box, take to the store. The manager, stated if they had done a pre sale inspection. I stated no. You guys simply loaded it on the vehicle. He tried to convince me on an enhance, but I don't trust them any longer. Got me money return instead.

    I brought the tv on April 26,2020 and had issues with it first by trying to put my Xfinity tv on. Then after that putting the prime setup won't can watch my favorite movies and tv shows. Now had to reset it because I can't get this picture saying, not enough space on tv. Issue after issue. Now after resetting the tv , it don't let me hook up the remote back to it

    TV should have lasted longer than 1 1/2 years. Best Buy products ought to have better quality than this.

    Backlights out after less than 2 years

    Ive had this less than 2 years, and the backlights just went out on it. The repair cost is more than I paid for the tv.

    This tv goes bad in a year. The screen doesn’t turn on and the geek squad tells me to buy a new tv. I do not buy a new car after a year! This tv lasted from March 2020- April 2021 and now the screen doesn’t want to turn on. I will not be buying Best Buy TVs again since they are not a durable good and disposable after a year.

    The picture quality was sub par to say the least. However I feel like Best Buy sold me a returned tv because the tape on the box looked like it had been retaped. I returned it. Maybe if you get a new unopened one you won’t have any issues.

    We have only had this tv exactly a year and the picture went out! It flickered then went black and afterwards, there was only sound. I purchased geek squad protection and they are having me wait a whole month just to put a “part” in to get it back working. Just ridiculous! Who’s to say the part will work and we’ve been without this long period when they just could replace the set??? Never again…

    Worked for a little over a year and than suddenly no picture, but sound ! Was taken back since we didn’t have it for that long!

    So not right at a year of having this tv it died..tried to get help which best buy was awesome but couldnt help exactly. So off to insignia we went. Where we was basically told to bad. The tv had a board die apparently which cant be fixed either..very nice way to make a tv. So good thing they stopped making this garbge tv. Def dont recommend less you enjoy a big dead tv right after a year.

    After reading reviews and doing some research, we thought we were getting a great TV. However, just after about a year, our TV has already broke. While the TV turns on, the screen remains black. We’ve tried everything and even phoned Insignia. The cost to repair the TV is more than it’s actually worth. Disappointed in Insignia. Would’ve expected at least a few years of use. I’ll never buy Insignia again. Poor quality!

    There is a line that appears in the middle of the screen,the picture quality is horrible compared to the samsung I had. There is no space on it, its a smart tv but everytime I watch a show a notification pops up saying low space and it stops my show until I click out of it. I Have way less apps downloaded on it then I did on my samsung I really regret this purchase ,I thought it was a decent deal for $300. But it really wasnt

    I've had an insignia 55" for 7 years, still going strong. I purchased this 4k insignia and...meh. you get what you pay for I guess.

    This is a warning to not purchase this or any other Insignia product. After barley two years the backlight on this tv went bad and was try old it wasn’t worth fixing. After repeated attempts to speak to someone from Insignia, we were only direct to the geek squad. We are frustrated and feel scammed.

    I bought this because of my budget. Once home I started watching and had instant regret, The quality of the picture was terrible, I returned and picked out a more expense brand, so glad I did.

    Got me a Clicker!

    Apparently it cost extra to put numbers on a remote? My parents had a remote in the 70s you pushed one button to make the channels go up. Got 7 buttons on this one. No last channel. Terrible sound. Terrible picture. Must be meant for a “put it on one channel and leave it” type of thing. Remote crapped out after 7 months. Paid $250 - about $150 more than it would be worth if the remote still worked.
