great tv, but does not work for business

I am using the tv in my business lobby to display our products, pics and business information, after few minutes the my pics start on the screensaver but after few minutes the tv is off. I sad that this can be change, is something so simple I don't understand why insignia did not think on this alternative for business.

Terrible quality

Technical support troubleshot and eventually told me to seek outside repair service for repairs on internal TV components. Did that and still doesn’t work. Pay extra money for next brand up. Best Buy doesn’t stand behind their store brand because it is poor quality. Please build better equipment I cannot afford to buy TVs yearly

Pay more for something that will last

Same issue as everyone else - black screen with sound and the screen flickers when first turned on. I tried resetting and switched cords out and still nothing. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.

Backlight

Had to uninstall apps and reinstall in order to use the apps again. Even more unfortunate, backlights have gone out after only a year and a half of usage. Very disappointing product

Cheap 4K tv with apps

Should last more than a year

But after 1.5 the picture is out. I was trouble shooting online and found several people complained of the same. Black screen with sound. Reset did not work, new power cord did not work. Disappointing!

Cheap quality

I was watching an Amazon prime tv show when all of a sudden the tv went black and the only function that worked was cable. I called the manufacturer who only attempted to troubleshoot over the phone which was unsuccessful. They refused to exchange the TV for a new one. Do not purchase. Not worth the money.

Amazing TV at this price

Amazon integration - If you already have the Fire stick, you will be very familiar with the home button. So easy to use with the build in voice. The remote have quick button to Amazon Prime video, Netflix which makes it so convenient. Set up - It is super easy, up and watching TV in just few minutes. Price - I can not believe the picture quality at this price! Simply Amazing. Con - I just purchased this TV, time will tell how long it will last, but no con so far.

Back Light

Flashes On For A Sec Then We Hear The Buttons Moving But No Picture. Flashed a light on the tv screen and you can see everything.. We thought it was a good purchase but has some bugs here and there as with anything but now the backlight is dead . What a shame

Crappy TV

We didn’t even put it up until after the new year! But because the receipt is dated Dec 1 , I am out of warranty and now have a tv that doesn’t work and I have to pay to have fixed! I have no picture at all and now I have to buy a new TV! It won’t be insignia that’s for sure!

TV didn’t even last 2 years!

I tried resetting it and nothing. It stopped working. I’m disappointed in the quality of this TV. I can’t believe it stopped working in less than two years. I wouldn’t recommend this TV or brand. You get what you pay for I guess. Hopefully Best Buy will help rectify the situation.

Only lasted 2 years.

We had the 2 year warranty that had expired two months before this happened. Was the same price to fix or just buy a new TV. We got a new TV, different brand. Hoping it will last more then two years.

Add protection plan!

It wasn’t the best tv but it was enough, pixels or display are definitely a lower quality than other more recognized brands. I wouldn’t recommend you buying this product. Pros: Alexa feature was great and apps were easy to find and access, loved the remote.
