    Bought TV 04-03-2020 as of 06-08-2020 it quit workOmg. According to Best Buy as of 05-31-2020 I can no longer return it so now I’m stuck with a TV that’s a little over two months old that no longer works. I don’t recommend this TV to ANYONE especially since it’s non-returnable after just two months. Biggest waste of money ever.

    Dead TV?

    TV literally had a mechanical failure and doesn’t display anything but a black screen. I purchased it back in October 2018 so it’s out of warranty. I guess you get what you pay for. It was good while it lasted but that’s $300 down the drain.

    did not know chrome book did not include windows. can I upgrade and add windows???

    Very disappointed with this TV- I was specifically seeking one that would last when I purchased this, but it worked perfectly well and I loved everything about it, and then it stopped working entirely shortly after a year.

    If you only use Firestick its ok but if you want to use AppleTV or other devises in competition with Firestick you will be very disappointed and this includes watching cable TV. NEVER again would I buy this product. OH, they don't bother to include an owners manual so you can figure out to use this (pice of s...) devise.

    Initially, this tv was great. Our first smart tv, and we enjoyed it. 18 months later, the screen went completely black...no flicker, no warning, just black. Since we are past the factory warranty and did not have extended warranty, we now have to buy a new tv. Do not waste your money on this one!!!!

    I purchased this TV just over a year ago and the picture has already gone out. I’ve tried resetting it, unplugging and replugging it. The sound is there, but the picture will only flash on for 2 seconds and then stays off. I’m super disappointed and will never buy this brand again.

    The last thing I expected is to buy another tv after only 2 years. I don’t watch the tv often but stopped showing a picture. It still would allow command via Alexa, but no picture and no parts to fix the known issue

    Bought this tv for my son on Feb5 2020 on Feb 23 2021 it stopped working, after researching, by my son, it seems to be the back light circuit has stopped. Had to go out and get another tv, because of course its out of warranty by 2 weeks. Very disappointed. Buyer beware

    Tv only worked for 8 months until it started messing up. Contacted brand and sent geek squad to “fix” it. They did for a few hours until the same issues. “Backlight issue” started to happened constantly

    I had high hopes for this TV about after 16 months I kept losing picture but only had sound. The warranty expires after a year and Isigna was no help! After researching Troubleshooting steps, I’ve notice others having the same issue.
