Insignia tv

I will never buy a Insignia TV again!

Known backlight problem

It was mounted and then attempted to turn it on. The tv would turn off on its own after being turned on. This tv has a manufactured defect that Best-Buy knew about. Had to return it.

It’s not working

Best Buy honestly disappointed me with this one. It doesn’t even come on and I just plugged it up today after I got it. Cause have been working.

Dumb tv

The picture is ok, but the set up and the layout are awful. Sometimes it won’t connect to the app you want (like Prime video) and you have to unplug it or go through this strange reset process.

It was not eligible for return or replacement. Pretty disappointed.

Apps on Home Screen get small

Poor quality life

Do not buy Insignia brand

Software fail

Thank you for taking the time to review our Fire TV Edition. This is a common situation with these models, it happens because you have to re-pair the remote after resetting this unit. To do this please press and hold the HOME button for 30-60 seconds.

Stopped working!

Sound stopped working after 2 years
