In Best Buy they said that if we hadn't the warranty, there are nothing to do. Thats it! We paid $350 for a TV that didn't work for 2 years!!!

Just long enough for the warranty to go out and now it won't even turn on. We tried all the troubleshooting and nothing works. Not worth it, will never buy an Insignia product again.

The videos sometimes dont sync right when people talking and it lost volume to tv in less than a month. This was brand new tv not even refurbished smh.
