Worst TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought the TV in Black Friday 2017. At the end of July 2019, the screen didn't work at all. In Best Buy they said that if we hadn't the warranty, there are nothing to do. Thats it! We paid $350 for a TV that didn't work for 2 years!!!

Disappointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased November 22, 2019 and it burned out July 3, 2019. Backlights are shot. You get what you pay for, but this is the shortest life of any TV I’ve ever purchased. Very disappointed with this product.

Only lasted a year

Just long enough for the warranty to go out and now it won't even turn on. We tried all the troubleshooting and nothing works. Not worth it, will never buy an Insignia product again.

Volume die in 3 Weeks

The videos sometimes dont sync right when people talking and it lost volume to tv in less than a month. This was brand new tv not even refurbished smh.
