We haven’t had any issues with it in the past 3 weeks that we have had it. The picture on it is absolutely gorgeous! I actually prefer this tv to my 4K fire stick (I have better luck with apps working the way they should on the tv). I gave it 4 stars because it was so hard to lug around and I was terrified we would break it! Overall, this tv has been a great buy and I would recommend it.

Good but no YouTube TV

I can actually turn it on and off with Alexa in the house. Great because the tv is in the game room and the kids always leave it on. The only negative is that Amazon and Google are still having their passive aggressive battle and Fire TV does not have YouTube TV and I love my YouTube tv. Otherwise it would be a 5.

Best Buy and Insignia beat all of the online and other retailers prices, and you get a quality product. It doesn't have all the bell and whistles of other TVs, but they are reliable and perform great. I bought this 4K 55'' Smart TV to replace an Insignia 1080p 55'' non-smart TV that I have owned for 3 years with no complaints- that is now being used as my gaming TV. The speakers are the only weak point, I would suggest a sound bar.

The remote gave us problems for a long time we had to replace it a few times. Not bad for the price but it didn’t last that long.

Even if I had bought the 2 year protection, I would still be SOL. Contemplating the same tv, but with the 5 year protection plan. The picture quality was amazing when it was working and I had gotten it with a black friday deal.
