I bought this smart tv as a gift for a family member. It has a nice picture and the quality is good for the price point. My family member needed a tv that has apps so they could watch movies on various channels whenever they wanted and this tv accomplishes that. Its been about 10 months so far and no complaints from my family member on this tv which is good.

Great picture quality combined with Amazon’s Fire TV make this a great TV. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with my purchase of the Insignia 55" - Fire TV Edition. I easily ordered this on-line, was able to quickly pick it up at a convenient location near my home the same day. I'm glad I got the Fire Edition , getting the TV setup was easy enough, only took a few minutes. I love it! I can navigate quite easily through the channels. It's a perfect size for my Office/Den!

This television from Insignia is great, I think it has good picture and easy to use.

We bought this TV for a new Florida room. We don't watch much TV out there, so did not want to pay a whole lot for it. This 55in flat-screen TV for under $300 is awesome! Very good picture quality and full "Smart" features like Wi Fi connectivity. Anything on my computer can be thrown up on the TV. I'm impressed. Time will tell as far as durability, but It's off to a real good start.

My boyfriend and I got this tv because our other insignia we have had forever finally died out, we had a amazon fire stick with it so when we got a new one we loved that this had the fire tv built in! Only downside was our home and speaking button stopped working after 4 days. Although we called insignia and they shipped out a replacement and we’ve had no issues since :) we love this tv

Great TV Light Great picture But don’t buy this TV for the smart TV aspect It’s not good at all. I use this TV with my Apple TV and it’s awesome The smart TV is bad - slow and lags! However I didn’t buy it for that reason - the reviews said the picture rocks and it does! Note** I think I got a bad apple and the TV remote has a mind of its own sometimes Great TV for the price

If you want to game or use Netflix or any other onscreen app, this TV is great. So cheap and looks awesome. For cable, not so great. There isn't a 4k cable box option yet so it's all about the tvs internal up converter option and this one doesn't have a great one. The quality looks better than previous non 4k tvs but just barley. If you're buying this for sports then maybe spend a bit more. My dad isn't as picky and loved it but if. You're a stickler for detail, you won't love this.

The picture and user interface on this television are great. It interfaces extremely well with a digital receiver so that I can watch local channels without cable. My only word of caution would be that the television occasionally freezes on the home screen. It is quick to reset and wouldn't deter me from purchasing this unit.
