We are very happy with our purchase. This replaced a 32" TV for us so it was a big deal. I bought the television on a black Friday deal so I feel like I got a really good price for it as well. The picture and the features that we have discovered so far are fantastic. The sound is typical nowadays, not great, so we did purchase a sound bar separately.

We had a regular LED TV but once we got this beautiful 55 in TV with built-in smart Fire TV Edition oh my gosh we love it! Only thing that I got to say about it and it's not really even bad is that the clarity needs to be more clear then again no it's pretty good you guys I just can't really find anything bad to say at least at this point we have had it for 1 month now

Terrific tv, excellent picture and sound. Really easy to set up essentially plug in and play.

I can remember when I paid the same price for a 13" that I did for this 55" . This is my 4th Insignia TV and I have never had a problem. Fantastic picture and the people are life size on the screen. Besides being a Smart TV it comes with Alexis to whom you can tell everything you want the TV to do. And Alexis doesn't sass me back! If this Smart TV could go get me beers, I wouldn't need my wife anymore.

I was talked into buying a different brand of tv,i didn't like the picture quality,sound quality or general layout of the menus,i took it back and got the insignia and its just what i wanted,picture colors that you can adjust individually,sound quality that’s adjustable and it has blutooth that the other brand didnt have now i can watch tv late night,early morning and dont have to wake everyone

This is a great value for the money, particularly if you are already a FireTV household. It’s a good tv for a budget minded person in a smaller living room and excellent for a master bedroom. I have a very expensive 75 inch tv with a Atmos surround sound system in my living room but I tend to watch this tv more often due to it being in my bedroom. It is a great value for the price point.

This smart tv is awesome. It has a great picture and a lot of cool features.

We gave this to our son for Christmas. Got it as a promo item for Black Friday so it was an excellent price. Once he installed it (that was easy) he began to explore the bells and whistles. He's a big sports viewer and loved the picture quality. As with these types of TV's he'll need to get a sound bar, but that's a given. Giving this quality TV brought us such joy on Christmas morning.

Purchased this smart tv to replace a 46 inch Insignia. The picture quality is great. The walk through tutorial is easy to follow making set up a breeze. We did alot of research before buying and are extremely pleased with our choice. I would put this tv up against the other major brands in the 55 inch category.

The online purchase and home delivery went as smooth as silk. The TV Setup including the Alexia IA system was clear and simple. The picture quality in standard, HD and UltraHD is very good. The internal speakers need improvement so I purchased an external sound bar which provided better fidelity.

Great picture, easy setup. The fact that it requires no other devices is magnificent.
