I personally love Amazon and Alexa. My life is boring, even if "they" are listening there is nothing of interest to "overhear". Quality, graphics and functionality is great. It is made for us "alexa" fans. . .so if you are not into Alexa or like another platform. . .this may not be the tv for you.

I researched many tvs and this one was by Thee Best for its price and features. Picture quality is amazingly clear, bright and colors are bold. Remote and set up was easy. This is my second smart tv purchase The other was Samsung and Sorry to say This one beats it. Sometimes its not the name on the box but rather whats inside it!!

I’ve had this TV for over a year and it’s great, especially for the price. I really have no complaints. I got this TV on a great sale, quality and picture are just as good as other more expensive smart TVs. Probably wouldn’t pay full price knowing they go on sale often, but still worth it.

I bought this TV knowing I would not use the FireTV functions. No big deal because there is a setting to have it start up to the last input instead of the FireTV home screen. Except that setting doesn't work, so I always have to change to input back to HDMI 1 when I turn on the TV. FireTV support kept me in a chat for an hour only to tell me to try a factory reset (didn't work - I had already done that before - twice). They then said there is nothing they can do and to contact Insignia. There is a bright blue light in the lower left corner that stays on when the TV is off. Not good if you want to use this TV in a bedroom. There is no way to disable that light. The screen is clear and bright, so that's a plus. Overall, I will not buy a FireTV again.

so far so good, this tv does exactly what it says it will do. the alexa feature is slick if you have an amazon account. completely happy with purchase at sale price, even got a free echo with it. lightweight, easy to install on wall mount by myself. picture good, crisp, but not as bright as other brands

This tv is very well made. The picture is great, controls are simple, and the sound is superb. When compared to similar products, this really gives a LOT of bang for your buck. If you are interested in an affordable tv, but still want the quality of a well made smart tv, this is the product for you.

Affordable 4K with wonderful features: I replaced an old TV but didn’t want to spend too much I purchased two of these televisions And I couldn’t be happier with the value that I got their wonderful TVs picture is only slightly worse than my expensive Sony Bravio’s but not noticeable unless you’re using ultra high definition
