I have 3 in my home . There isn't a brand more dependable than Insignia. I have had any issues with my sounder nor the television. Firetv is the best no more sticks needed in the back of the tv.

as an amazon customer i fell in love with the fire tv when i bought one for my dad and i was very happy to catch this one on sale. great tv. i love that all the apps i use are on this tv. if you've cut the cord, this is the perfect tv!

Really good value. This was one of our first smart TVs. We have two. One of them serves as a monitor for my PC. I love the size and capability to show details and the whole image at the same time due to the screen size.

I’m glad they went to the FireStick platform in lieu of Roku. I think this is a good value TV that has a great picture and features. Having some issues with the USB but have not looked into this yet. Can’t get it to read in any format so far including fat32

This is a great TV for the money. No complaints about picture quality at any resolution and the built in audio is good too. Voice control and fireTV interface are responsive and reliable. It's a little thick if I were to find a flaw.

As for someone who doesn't want to pay a lot for tech, this was a great find! It was decently priced as I got it on sale, it was a simple pick up process too! It is Amazon focused so if you liked the fire stick, you wouldn't even need it with this TV.

I got this to replace the Insignia I bought 10 years ago. That one still worked fine but I wanted bigger and 4K. I figured since my 1st Insignia has had such a long life and going strong. It was a safe bet to get another.

I just moved into a new apartment that has a huge wall to fill in front of my couch.. this tv was the perfect size and has all of my streaming and watching at my fingertips. The picture is perfect and clear and my Nintendo switch games look amazing on it

This tv is great quality and value. The only thing I don’t like is that it automatically links to Amazon and I can’t figure out how to set it up to use my cable remote instead of the provided remote to operate the tv.

I bought this tv for my husband so he could play his games on a bigger screen because we had a 32 inch before and he absolutely loves it and the sound on it is amazing and the picture is beautiful. Plus Disney plus movies look great on it!

I purchased two of these for our company's marketing department. We connected them to a Macbook to run a presentation video at a recent tradeshow. Both TVs worked very well and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bang-for-buck 55" smart TV.

After every Samsung LC/LED television I have owned has failed I decided to buy a less expensive store brand. I like the smart TV features and it is very easy to change settings. I now have several Insignia televisions and there all work very well.

Great upgrade from an old plasma TV. It is nice to have a SMART TV compared to our old model. Wifi works great for us. The colors look so much better than the old plasma one - I wish we upgraded sooner.

Buying it thinking it was bad actually turned out to be really great. The screen, the sound, the quality of it all is magnificent, I bought two of these, but in different sizes for different rooms. Excellent buy and will buy from these companies again.

Got this to replace an older TV. It’s worked well, occasionally it does lock up and has to be restarted but overall well worth the price. The picture is nice and functional with the Amazon services built-in

This was the best decision I could have made with my television purchase. The screen shows crystal clear and the sound quality is awesome. No system errors and set up was pretty quick snd simple.

The speed of the interface is very good while navigation is easy and intuitive. From a position directly in front of the TV, the screen is beautiful, the apps work seamlessly, and I really like the channel guide that is built in for the antenna. With the antenna hooked up you can push the antenna button and get a guide similar to the guide available to cable TV subscribers. The loss of a star comes from a slight washing out of the sharpness of the screen when viewing it from an angle of 45 degrees or so. The only other item to consider is that when using the antenna, I haven't found a way to go directly to a channel without using the guide. The remote has no numbers so you can't just type in "7.1" and go to that channel. The TV forces you to use the guide, but the guide is excellent.

Very large television. This is my third Insignia branded flat screen. None have gone bad. All have been good for over a year. The oldest one going on 5 years no issues. I have had an APEX at it goes black occasionally has not happened on any of my Insignias.

Moved from apartment to a house and wanted a living room TV. I cut the cable cord when I moved. This is a 55 inch smart TV with great sound quality and picture. Voice commands with Alexa and easily sets up with Amazon Prime account.

We were looking for a new 55” smart television to replace our older TV set. The Insignia 55” smart tv is also a fire tv. We love the apps Like Netflix and Amazon. Also the remote can be used with Amazon Alexa. Just tell Alexa what you need and she does it.
