I bought this TV a little over a year ago and I’ve been using it a lot. The picture quality was great the sound was great everything was working perfectly and I loved insignia brand up until the last week. My TVs brightness kept getting lower and lower and I thought it was lowering itself so I was trying to put the brightness up but it stayed very dim compared to when it was working fine; today it finally took a dump and when I turn the TV on it flashes the insignia sign and then the screen goes black. I have looked this up online and tried everything that I could find but it seems that this is a known issue and no one can seem to fix it unless you dissemble your TV and nobody wants to do that. I thought it was just my TV but even looking at the reviews down below it looks like this is happened to multiple people which sucks because now I have to get a new TV in such a short amount of time. don’t waste your money because you’ll end up having to buy a new one in a year so anyways ):

Fantastic picture quality. Very convenient having the Amazon features built in, no need to use the valuable hdmi ports for a fire stick.

Well, it's Best Buy brand with other brand quality parts. So, why pay for a brand name elsewhere. I have had Insignia tv's for a while and they are great!

I was nervous to purchase a TV I could talk to, but it's been awesome! Even my children love it, the picture and sound are great and it has everything in it we need.

Good so far. The picture is clear and sometimes I feel like making love to my TV because of the clarity and understanding between us.

Great smart tv that has fire tv built in. Sound and picture quality 5 star. You dont have to pay lot more for samsung or lg, this thing works great!

I was nervous about the Insignia brand. The price seemed to good to be true but this is up there with some of my more higher end televisions. I highly recommend.

I bought this TV as a replacement after having a pipe burst in the family room ceiling. I am VERY happy with the picture quality and overall performance.

I have never purchased this brand. So far this was a foos buy especially for the price. Set up was easy. Picture is very clear. Sound is very good.

This is a great TV and at a fantastic price! Excellent picture and sound. Came with an Echo remote. What could be better? Maybe a tuner, but who uses that anymore, anyway?

Decent product for the price. Lots of apps pre installed. Hate that it goes to Amazon home page when you turn on the TV instead of live TV.

Tv was purchased for a spare bedroom. Very well packaged. Fire tv built in provides a very nice UI as compared to a separate fire stick. Very good picture and easy to setup.

Great quality tv. This is a smart tv with Netflix included as an icon. You have the options to add different apps and it hooks up to your amazon prime account also

I honestly love this tv. It took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to add NETFLIX and Hulu besides that it is a great tv. Perfect picture also

was skeptical was unfamiliar with brand name but have been happy so far. This is my secondary tv I have a qled as my primary so comparisons are not fair

Best TVs I havec ever bought. I have been buying Insignia since 2010. Never had an issue. I would recommend this product to anyone.
