Great while it lasts

(Roku model) It lasted less than two years, with the backlight going out. We purchased this model in March of 2019 and the backlight went out in June of 2019. Best Buy replaced it after a tech came to our house. Here we are again, May of 2020 and the backlight went out in the replacement. Thank goodness for a one year warranty. Unfortunately, you have to call a toll free number, have a tech come out to your house and verify the television does not work. (Even during a pandemic) Now we are out of a television for 3 days, even though it obviously is the same issue we've had before. The technician will say, yes, it is broken and then we have to drive it to Best Buy and then they will give us a new one. On the bright side, it has a fantastic picture, great, user friendly interface and good sound quality when it works. Hopefully yours will go out within the allotted warranty time. If not, don't expect this television to last more than a couple of years.
