Remote stopped working

I have been calling and emailing the store for weeks with no resolution. How ever I purchased the same tv for my daughter for Christmas and she still loves it

However by the time I arrived at the store the majority of my first choice picks were sold out. I looked around the store and ended up changing my mind completely on the system platform I would replace my current television with. I have since gone back and purchased 3 more in smaller sizes and am very happy with my decision.
