Picture quality is superb and certainly an upgrade from my 39” Insignia Fire TV from a few years ago. Sound quality is fantastic, device runs fast. I recommend 100%.

Great 4k TV

Best Buy Rip Off - Recycle Policy

I purchased this 55" model to replace my 65" which died after 2 years. I picked up the 55" TV myself and installed it. After installing the TV, I contacted Best Buy to recycle the 65" TV. Much to my amazement the stated that if Best Buy had installed the TV the recycle charge would be $49.00. Since I installed it myself, the recycle charge would be $199.00. Talk about a royal ripoff. Due to this customer-unfriendly policy, I will no longer buy any product through Best Buy. There are other companies to buy electronics through.

The picture quality is great and easy to navigate. I am of older influence and this TV makes my entertainment life easy.

The only thing I am not too sure about is the sound quality. I have hearing issues and I perceive this as not as crisp as it could be. Otherwise, very happy and it might just be my hearing.
