Overall not horrible but I’m not impressed with the Qled. I could’ve got a lot bigger LED for about the same price!

Very good video but not so good OS implementation

The implementation of the FireTV OS is poor. After 5 months, the audio constantly loses synchronization with the video across all apps. The FireTV setting that helps addresses this is missing from this implementation of the OS. The sound is occasionally corrupted with a background buzzing that affects all audio output. I do not recommend this unit because of the problematic OS implementation, th problems with audio-visual synchronization, and recurring audio output issues.

Bad programming in unit

Had to call support to get help to reset the TV on initial setup. Less than 30 days later the TV has to be reset to factory settings and reprogrammed every time it is turned on. Not impressed with the support.
