Would not suggest this TV at all

Sound isn’t great, as with most cheap TVs. I hooked it up to a receiver and speakers. But, when you do so it completely disables all sound options as well as the speakers on the TV, you can’t even switch back and forth. You’ll have to get up and physically unplug any external audio if you want to use your TV speakers. Also, there is no input button on the controller, you have to go into the settings to get to inputs. Which is ridiculous since they had room to put 2 Amazon, a Netflix and a Disney button, none of which I personally have. Yes, this is a Fire TV, but they worried so much about their Amazon crap they made this TV horribly inconvenient. Every single time you turn it on it takes you to their home screen so you’ll have to go into settings to get to like HDMI1 every single time. There is also one single button on the TV that goes into settings, which is pointless since you can’t do anything with only one button. I don’t understand why the one single button wouldn’t just be a power button. If you don’t have Amazon this is a bad purchase, even for the price. Just get a regular TV, trust me. It was partially my fault for buying a Fire product when I don’t use Amazon, which is why I gave it a 2 and not a 1, but that is a mistake I will never make again.

Good TV for the money, horrible viewing angles.

It doesn't like high bitrate of 4K movies - spinning circle every 10 seconds makes movie absolutely unwatchable. Despite these flaws I can recommend this TV. HDR/Dolby Vision - OK.

The connection is always lost and turns off by itself. The HD picture to kick in moves at a snails pace. I cant say one good thing about this TV ...STAY AWAY

Disappointed

My appointment is this coming Tuesday on the 5th of August . Sad to say was already thinking of getting the same Tv but in a 85" for my living room making me think twice !

I watch local TV a lot and this TV really does not like you to do that. The Live TV option takes a few minutes to even show up. They when you go from a Online channel to live the audio from the online channel is also playing in the background. I am sure I just got a lemon but its a sign I should have paid a bit more for Name brand TV.

Worst tv in my 30 odd yrs on this earth

Tried altering the settings NUMEROUS times with and without online guides and reddit. Whites were like a flashbang across the screen and darks were completely black to the point where its clear that is wasnt supposed to be like that. Colors themselves had neon glow to them. Sound was pretty bad as well. The insignia 4k i bought 3 yrs ago, that i still have, is a better tv and its not even a qled like this one. Had to return it. Got a TCL QM5K instead. Vastly superior experience.

Bad experience

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went into store with my mom to purchase her a new tv, found one that she really liked and purchased it for pickup, we leave and not even 30 minutes later I get a notification that the order was cancelled, so I called the store and asked why it was cancelled and I was told that the tv was out of stock, well I can understand that but the main is that I am having is we have yet to see the refund, I've tried calling and couldn't get anyone on the phone, my mother doesn't play about her money and I can't give her the answers that she wants. I do a lot of business with you guys and have never had this type of issue so I just hope that this is a one time thing. P.s the tv still shows available online but not for the price it was when she tried to purchase.
