No good after four

The TV is just a black screen. We’ve done everything all of the troubleshooting terrible purchase.

Broken TV, refused warranty service.

There is a large section of pixels that are strangely colored. They are saying it doesn't fall under a manufacturer defect and want to charge $370 to repair it. Junky manufacturer and Best Buy won't do anything to help either. I certainly won't be buying from them again.

Went to turn it on today and watch a show and nothing. Chatted with a Best Buy agent online and they told me they can't take it back or exchange it because their policy is 15 days after purchase! Smh How is this ok?

I regret my purchase

Can't Download & Stream on Wired Connection & WIFI

Did a factory reset. No other devices plugged in. Apparently this is a common problem with Fire TV's. Buyer beware.

TV bricked after 1 month

(Meaning can’t power it on)

So much screen tearing for watching tv

The refresh rate of this TV is awful, which is usually not an issue when watching TV. There is an absurd amount of screen tearing when just watching tv. It happens very frequent, and it’s very obvious. This should be the bare minimum for any tv, no screen tearing

Poor customer experience

I went to pick it up and the box had been opened and resealed. I refused pick up because the it’s obvious that it had been tampered with. I will look elsewhere to purchase my next tv.
