This TV has the best picture! I'm still trying to get use to it! Easy to operate, very smooth...Love it! You can hear everything!!

Decent enough image quality given the price, and using this in an office setting. However the interface is beyond dog slow and nearly unusable at times. Especially in the YouTube app when streaming 4k60, you need to wait 2-5 seconds from the remote button press before the UI responds. Even when you have no app running, the base interface feels extremely sluggish. All of the price goes into the display and not the experience. Giving it 2 stars instead of 3 because operating the TV is painful and a decent picture is pretty easy to accomplish these days. Never mind the feeding you ads before you even sign into any apps.

You definitely pay for what you get. Tv is ok but it loads really slow

I had to have the 1st one replaced and the 2nd one is just as bad with the same issues. It is incredibly slow switching to anything. It takes forever for anything to come in. The screen goes out and sound goes off constantly. The dialogue is gargled and cuts in and out all the time. The remote sucks, it has no numbers and you have to switch modes and wait awhile trying to do anything. The TV guide really sucks and never loads, always saying currently not available. There are constant issues with all streaming services like pausing, freezing not able to fast forward or rewind etc... This was just a complete waste of money. I wouldn't wish this piece of garbage on my worst enemy!
