Met all expectations. Overall a good secondary TV for our family room

Great picture overall. The size was perfect for us.

I am really enjoying this tv. I have LG TVs throughout my house and decided to get this Insigma for a guest room and was not disappointed.

This is a good tv. The picture quality isn't going tom stand up to samsung or lg though.

The tv itself has worked well. Unfortunately the remote which controls everything to access the tv does not work properly. The voice command button doesn’t work at all-when I hit the button and speak nothing pulls up. It eats through batteries for some reason. We receive a notification about every 1-2 weeks that the batteries are low. No matter which brand of fresh batteries are put in the remote they don’t last for long. The volume button doesn’t work every time- you have to keep pressing it until it finally starts working. Very disappointing since the tv remote is also the firestick remote. I’d rather by a tv without the built in fire stick so it can be replaced easily.

Beautiful display. Wife plays video games on this and loves the video quality. Excellent TV for the price.

found the Insignia on Best Buy website, put it in my cart and purchased for curbside pickup. So easy and was easy to setup once we got it home. Thank you

Nice enough for the money. These TV's are disposable now. They last a few years then you buy a new one.

I love the picture on this TV and the apps are great also.

Excellent value and quality. TV is simple has everything I need when it comes to streaming apps. Nice quick buttons selection on the remote. Only real downfall in a volume, sound bar is a must

Tv was very good .Howerever the tv was to big for my bedroom .Bestbuy employees was very good in assisting me with the tv from pick up to the car 5 star treat ment .

The TV freezes sometimes on a screen. It’s not an issue I have on phone, laptop, tablet, etc. so I suspect it’s the Tv and not any particular app. The Firestick features are nice, I just wish it weren’t glitchy sometimes.

Setup was flawless and integrated immediately with Alexa. Colors are true and crisp. TV doesn't respond to voice commads to Alexa unless you use remote but that was clearly marked on box. TV performing as expected for the price.

Bestbuy is the an excellent to shop your goods and gadgets.. they deliver to your doorstep and pickup is also available. I recommend Bestbuy for everyone

For the price, this is an excellent smart TV. Compared to my much more expensive and higher 'class' Sony, the picture isn't as crisp and the sound isn't as rich but both are good. We bought this to on our patio during pool and football seasons. Getting the free month of Fubo was a nice bonus too!

This TV took a bit to get to our house and Best Buy made it challenging to make it happen but thankfully they came through the end
