The service was great. I had ordered it online and did curbside pickup. Everyone was very helpful.The price can't be beat. Beautiful picture!!

For the price, this is an excellent smart TV. Compared to my much more expensive and higher 'class' Sony, the picture isn't as crisp and the sound isn't as rich but both are good. We bought this to on our patio during pool and football seasons. Getting the free month of Fubo was a nice bonus too!

The TV freezes sometimes on a screen. It’s not an issue I have on phone, laptop, tablet, etc. so I suspect it’s the Tv and not any particular app. The Firestick features are nice, I just wish it weren’t glitchy sometimes.

Have had several Insignia TV’s which have always performed well. Needed this specific size to fit a certain area. Works great.

The tv gets 1 star for price vs features. It gets a second star because it looks great. Set up was fairly easy BUT in the few weeks I've had it setup I can't think of a single time when it has actually allowed me to access my local apps on the first try (ABC, NBC, CBS...). It's not my service provider because when I am waiting (3 - 20 min) on this tv to actually play I simply turn on another tv click the app and behold.....it works immediately. Nonetheless if you only want to stream and games, this tv is great. I don't prefer either so there you have it. The kids in the house give it a 5, but my purchase and my overall is what gets the high light.

I love it. It fits perfectly in my living room. Grips on the stands are ideal if you have a toddler.

TV is Ok.. Had previously purchased the 43 inch F30 for my mother in law and the picture was awesome on it. The picture on the 58 is not as precise. It is ok.Price was great

Tv still works great and the smart software hasn’t bogged down at all, unlike with my firestick.

The picture quality is good, but it seems to be light on computing power to run apps. Plex will purge thumbnails and fail on playback, requires a restart of the TV. If you don't mind the little hiccups, it's not bad for a $300 TV

Insignia brand has never failed us we actually still have a tv same brand that has lasted over 10 years

I have had several insignia TVs it's all I will buy now. Value for price is what I always look for. My 20-year-old one still works.

I enjoy my Insignia FireTV. This is my 3rd one. My 1st one purchased 5 years ago went out after warranty and other brands don't compare. You will want a soundbar to complete.

Excellent screen quality, light and well-built screen. A replacement for one of our security displays to show camera views at a secure facility and the images are bright and clear. Very light and wall mounts perfectly.

One of the greatest for the price , never had problems, but the remote drains the battery, so I bought a different one
