Set up can be a task to get to a final desired setting. ie, adding/deleting new app, new user, user access, etc. Picture is ok for the price but don't compare it to a higher end purchase as it can be disappointing.

I am used to ROKU TV and they seem to be much more intuitive with user interface that is much easier to use. The TV itself is great, but I will probably not buy another Fire TV.

Otherwise no issues thus far.

I was looking for a TV to replace a 1080P Panasonics 55" in my bedroom that died. The next day I was able really spend more time viewing content on the Insignia. This is when it's short comings were revealed. I'm not sure if it's all Insignia TV's or just the unit I had. The picture became distorted when movement was displayed on the screen. Thankfully for the consumer Best Buy has a good return policy. You can give the Insignia a try I might just have received a bad unit. I decided to spend more money and purchase a 65" TCL QLED I'm very happy with this purchase!
