Unfortunately, about a year and a half after our purchase (so outside of the manufacturer’s warranty), these vertical lines starting appearing on the screen. At first they were small and barely noticeable, but then they continue to grow thicker and multiply beside each other. We’ve tried all of the fixes we could find on the internet, like unplugging from the wall, disconnecting the HDMI, and similar fixes, but nothing has worked. We now have a new line forming on the right side of the screen. I gave it two stars because we enjoyed the tv so much up until the lines started forming. We’ll continue to research for fixes, and hopefully we’ll find something that helps. For not even being 2 years old, though, I’m disappointed in the tv’s longevity quality. **I’m trying to upload pictures, but it’s not letting me.**
