However, the remote dies every day - even with batteries like Duracell and Energizer. I reset the tv and the remote but it didn't fix the issue. I contacted BestBuy and they sent me a replacement remote but I've had the same problem.

The remote control does not have the functions that i like nor does the tv run very well. This tv is constantly freezing and screen going blank and remote control os sooo sensitive as well. One little light touch and it quickly does things. Oh and does not get very loud like it should. I have to turn it up quite high to get loud sound and by then it is too loud. I do not like this tv and am going to look into returning

I had my own fire stick and wish I had spent the money on another Samsung unit. These tvs come with no directions and to get a manual was told it would take 6 weeks. I also got a loy more usable chanels on my last tv.
