Now the shoe drops… the picture has a wavy, underwater looking picture from time to time. I thought it was my eye health at first, but then I read some reviews (I admit I did not do my due diligence up front, hey I was happy in the past). I looked up my receipt and I was surprised that it was coded as having passed the return time… I understand it’s 15 days now, not 30, I was under the 30 days from date of purchase. I know it is available at a great price because of mass production, just seems this is a known issue that is still on their site for sale… I suggest you read the reviews and if you want to still take the chance pay MORE for the repair/replacement that they offer. Still you’ll be lugging around a huge TV back and forth. Good Luck, not sure if I’m still a Best Buy Customer, this one leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Good for the price.

Only fix I can do is turn off TV then turn it back on and switch to what ever app I want.

Buyer Beware! Junk TV, Scam Warranty

This occurred 7 months after purchase. I called Best Buy Warranty service to have the TV looked at. I booked the appointment, which was a month out, only to have techs show up without warning at my home twice a few days BEFORE the scheduled appointment. Since I was out of town and missed them both times, they canceled my appt. When I called to reschedule and told the agent about all the shenanigans they pulled, they said they would have someone return my call in 24 hours. They never called back. I learned 2 things with this: 1. Insignia TVs, owned by Best Buy, are hot garbage and 2. their warranty is meaningless. I will warn others of my experience and I will never buy another TV from Best Buy again.

Power Cord
