Insignia is Garbage BEWARE!!!

When the tv was actually working from time to time there would be waves going through the screen. All common problems with insignia

Green screen

Whenever we select Netflix or any other streaming service all we get is a green staticky screen when we try to play a show. I do not recommend anyone buy this. If you want fire TV, just buy a fire TV stick.

Disconnects from wireless constantly

It wouldnt stay connected to our wireless. It would be fine and then in the morning go to turn it on and it would be disconnected. Other tv didnt do that and now the new samsung we purchased doesnt either. I reset to factory settings twice and still couldnt get it to stay connected.

Poor Experience

While it worked well for 5 months, it gave me problems after that. It restarted and then kept saying it was trying to pair with the remote- I tried 4 different remotes that were compatible. Finally got geek squad to come out, and they said a part on the tv was messed up. I had to do an in-store return, which was a huge mess.

Stopped working <2months in

Tried troubleshooting with tech support through Amazon and they went straight to replacement options, which there were none. Playback option was static/green screen on all streaming apps. Not sure how we’ll proceed but probably won’t replace with same model.

Shuts off randomly!

I tried everything and adjusted all the timer and sleep settings and still no resolution. I can’t even press pause and leave the room for 5 minutes because it will automatically shut off. So annoying.

I don't know if it's a hamster spinning in a wheel being used as the processor, but this thing is slow. When I try to steam video from installed apps (Sling, Amazon Video, Max, etc.), there is a horrible lag. Brand new TV (first day using it). Will never get an Insignia TV again. Stay away!

Stinks for sports
