    Great TV. Fast, easy to set up! I wish I could cast to it with my apple phone but it’s a minor detail and works like a charm.

    Problems from day one, apps won’t load, constantly needs rebooting, my daughter has two insignias that are not this size and has never had a problem. I contacted the geek squad a week after purchase and they wanted $100! On a brand new tv! The picture is beautiful but it’s such a nightmare, this particular tv is a dud. It’s never worked right and I told them that but they didn’t seem to be concerned. It drops apps and they are always having to be downloaded again and passwords re-entered. I really wish I had gotten a good one. I think that’s why the price was on sale, glitches! I’ve had it 4 months and will have to ship it back to insignia to maybe get a working one. Really regret this purchase

    Got this Black Friday 2019 so it was a very good deal but I don't think I'll be buying another Insignia TV. Its in a bedroom so doesn't have to be great. It serves its purpose for how infrequently it gets used but at the same price point TCL's are way better in my opinion.

    The TV would not connect to the home wifi. Best Buy set up a swap, but it will take 5 days to get here.

    It would be a great TV if you could get past the Amazon sign in. Also because it uses an Amazon style remote you cannot use any other remote. Who wants to use more than one remote? Not smart.

    Insignia is a garbage brand. Expect to have issues with the TV in less than a year and then it will die shortly after. Best buy will not stand behind it and then will offer to come diagnose the problems for $99. The fix of course is a separate fee. I just had to bring down a 10+ year old Toshiba to replace my 2 year old Insigna. Never again.

    Glitchy XFINITY connection

    I have had to be online with customer service for a sound lag problems with XFINITY since the day I bought the TV. Still unresolved. The SMART features are awesome the install is easy but SMH - the daily correction to the sound lag is annoying.

    Not too happy with this tv. I tried to set it up so when i turn it on my dish tv channels come on first but it always defaults to the main home screen. Guess it is a "smart tv" thing. Also, the picture is not nearly as clear as what i expected.

      Thank you for your review. To change the TV to power up directly to the last input setting, press the Home button on your remote control and select the Settings menu. Then select the Display & Sounds menu and change the Power On setting to Last Input. With this new setting, the TV will power up to the last input that was watched. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    Black Friday TV delivered March 22 is UNACCEPTABLE

    Not sure where else I can complain. I have been on the phone with Best Buy on 3 different occasions. I ordred this TV on Black Friday (Nov 24). I scheduled the delivery when I purchased it for Dec 26. Best Buy canceled the delivery. Now they finally contacted me today Jan 4th and gave me a delivery date of March 22. WHAT A JOKE. Don't sell the product on black friday if you don't have it. I WANT A REFUND.

    Didnt even last 24hours

    I am a first time customer and didnt have a great experience. 1. TV I love this TV and I would have kept it....unfortunately ours arrived damaged. Our TV is flickering, glitches, slow response, freezes occasionally. Returning the TV this week. 2. Customer service They handled everything very professional. A little bit slow to process the return compared to amazon.com (took 2hours to get through on the phone and processed)

    Freezes evey 2 seconds

    I have two other smaller Insignia tvs that work just fine so I was excited to buy a large one at such a good price. That excitement did not last long. I’m returning this after a weekend of trying to watch any show and the screen freezing and lagging constantly. I guess I’m going to have to pay more for a better quality tv. Live and learn!

    Lemon

    I’m so disappointed with this tv. The remote has been telling me the batteries are low since the day I bought it, requiring me to take the batteries out every time inuse it or replace them. Now none of the streaming apps work unless I clear The cache each time, and even then it often stops in the middle of a show. A 90 day return policy isn’t enough for this lemon. $400 out the window.

    TV power supply goes bad

    This TV is known everywhere with screen not turning on and dark screens due to power supply. It requires full power cycle everytime you turn it on which means you have to unplug it from power for couple of days to a week to be able to reuse it for couple of hours then screen goes dark again.
