    Black Screen with Sound

    Bought this one as a Black Friday deal in 2019. Two years and 9 months later, I have a blck screen. TV still turns on, there is sound, but no picture. Tried unplugging it, other way, nothing. Also before the black screen, TV was lagging. It got wors with each Fire TV software update,

    Was an amazing tv I’ve had it for a little over 2 years while watching a movie then screen just went black out of the blue of coarse it’s out of warranty and the repairs cost more then I paid for the tv just about

    remote control battery

    How the heck do you activate the 4k we have a diff tv with same resolution 2160p 4k and it looks smoother and clear but this one doesn't get the 4k smoothness
