I just love this easy way to keep my phone charged. Takes up little space and my family and friends are envious and want one for themselves. Can't wait to get the new edition of the Galaxy this Spring hopefully as the current one with more power is out of stock.

Good afternoon, As of now everything has been fine with the company & this particular time I placed an order recently and my item isn't working at ALL. I need to return the item and get my money back. I was looking forward to receiving this cord free charger that isn't working and all and I am totally upset. NO MATTER if it was an I-Phone or Android the light stayed red & NEVER turned blue like it WAS supposed to. SMH..Please send me the info so I can ship it back and I need a refund. Can someone in customer service help me please.?

I didn’t open the box for 2 weeks. I just opened it Tuesday night (12/11) It was great because I needed a longer charging wire to connect my iPhone to the outlet and keep it on my nightstand. So when I got this I figured, well I’ll hardly use it as I like keeping my phone in it’s case at ALL TIMES. I just got the brand new iPhone XS MAX- top if the line - $1500 phone. The phone is in its new Otter Box Defender Series case. So I figure I must open the box to ensure the wireless charging pad works properly. So I did. I plugged it in and was about to remove my iPhone from its case. I then placed the phone while in its case on the charging pad while I read the charging pad instructions. Low and behold I heard the iPhone AC adapter notification sound; the blue charging light on the pad lit up. The phone will charge perfectly on the pad while still in its case. I was ecstatic. No worry about a longer enough AC wire adapter to connect iPhone to wall outlet. I LOVE this wireless charging pad. It’s FANTASTIC ! I urge everyone NOT to go without one ! And I got it free with all the holiday discounts at Best Buy

Ive had this for a while now, its great, although it seems to charge much slower nowdays (ive had it for a year). Great piece of equipment for offices, specially if you have to come and go from your desk. Just sit there pop the phone on top and charge it up. I use Otter box on my cell phones for protection case and this works with that, so you do not have to remove the case to charge your phone with this gadget.

Insignia has two different wireless chargers, one in the 10W and the other is this one the 5W. The 5w is the slower charger of the two. If you need a speedy charge I don't think this is the one for you, but if you are like us, we have it in the bedroom for overnight charging. You do have to place your phone on the charger just right for it to charge, but you can look to see or hear the beep to indicate it is charging. And you can not use your phone while it is charging (if you want it to continue to charge like you can a cord) but we use it mainly at night so it does exactly what we want. In fact I bought a second one for the guest bedroom. Guests can lay their phone on it and when they wake up it is all charged.

I liked the fact it was light which makes it easy to travel with. I was surprised how fast it charged my Phone and for the price, I couldn’t go wrong.

The insignia charging pad is light weight and charger's just as fast if not faster then my samsung charging pad. I have never been disappointed with best buy own brand insignia products. This is no exception. They have quality own brand products at great prices.

I bought this when it was on sale, but this is definitely worth it even at full price considering other bigger brands can cost more than double on average! I can confirm that this will work on the iPhone X, which i have used as my primary phone, but i also learned that it has also worked on my Airpods Pro! No special instructions required, you just need a compatible phone built for wireless charging. Other expensive chargers have more watt power hence a faster charge time, but in theory this charger still charges just as fast but it usually depends on the current battery percentage and health. If you just want a wireless charger and brand doesn't matter, this will surely do the job!

Best Buy has the best price on wireless charging pads. No more broken wires. Everyone just places phone on pad when they get home. Works without having to take off phone case. Good buy. Very satisfied. Would recommend. Bought several for Christmas gifts.

I have this on my desk at home and use it daily. I purchased it for $9.99 during the holiday season. For the price, it was a great deal. It is made of plastic, but it has rubber strips on the top surface, which give it some grip, so your device doesn't slip off the charger. The item itself is pretty light and can slide around easily, though. Note to AirPod owners that want to use wireless charging: This charger works without issue for charging AirPods. Some chargers have a metal detector that will not allow AirPods to charge, or with some, you have to place the AirPods in a particular area of the charger's surface. Again, this one does not have have any issue charging AirPods.

It is plug and play. Charges well and beats wearing out your plug-in on your phone. Especially for $10! All in all, it does what it's supposed to do and does it well and conveniently.

Great product. Took it out of the box, plugged it in, set the phone on it and instantly started charging. Works on both Samsung 9 and iPhone 8+. One thing you do need to do is take the phone out of its case or it gets hot.

I bought this because I wanted a good solid wireless charger for my phone. I found it! This works great and looks good on my nightstand. It takes up very little room. Please note this is not a quick charger. I am old fashioned when it comes to changing, to me it seems that quick charging will lead to quick battery depletion. I am probably wrong in my thinking...but it made me feel better to have the slow charge, so I bought it. Happy so far!

This is my first time with Qi Wireless charging. Plugged it in put my iphone on it and it started charging. Its really nice not having to plug/unplug all the time just. The little blue light that lets you know the phone is in the right place and charging is nice, and its not overly bright so you can use it on a night stand.

I really love this wireless charging pad. I'm actually spoiled with this device now. I use to hate plugging the charging cord into my cell phone. Now I just lay the phone down on the pad, listen for the ding and I know it's charging along with the blue light. I got this wireless device on sale which was a plus. It is well worth the price. Insignia is a BestBuy name brand, and to my surprise, functions well for the price. I would highly recommend this product, I really love it.
