It still will not stay on. Probably a good product, It just does not work for me is all.

The cor doesnt even burn when its plugged in and I am so glad I was able to find one on here.

I do understand the confusion. Please, be mindful that we have this NONpolarized cord AND we have a Polarized version of this one. On most cases when one version do not fit the other one will. You can always exchange for the other one with your 15-day return/exchange period Best Buy offers as a store.

The cord was a perfect fit for the printer so I actually wound up buying two or three more to replace the short cords supplied with a sewing machine and a second canon printer upstairs.
