Beware! Opened box returned product sold as new!

The cable still worked but the problem is that I ordered the product online and paid full price. But what I received was product that was previously opened or returned. I don't like paying full price for open box returned products. I would like a refund of the difference but the hassle of going thru the process is not worth it at this point.

Had to go back to the store to purchase the correct one
