    Would return it but lost the box. Bought two and only needed one. Brought the other one back and replaced it with the more expensive version. That worked well

    Beware! Opened box returned product sold as new!

    This review would have received 5 stars. The cable still worked but the problem is that I ordered the product online and paid full price. But what I received was product that was previously opened or returned. I don't like paying full price for open box returned products. I would like a refund of the difference but the hassle of going thru the process is not worth it at this point.

    Never used cable, still in box. BB policy is to not allow customers to return still in box item b/c past 30 day return policy.

    I exchanged this item, as I was told this would work to connect my new monitor to my laptop, and after an hour on the phone with tech support, It was the wrong cable. Had to go back to the store to purchase the correct one

    Better than HP cable that came with new monitor

    I bought a new HP computer & monitor. I also got this cable as I was told the monitor didn't come with one (go figure). I'm glad I did -- it worked better than the cable that came with the HP monitor (there was one in the box), plugging in securely & easily to the back of the monitor. The HP cable wouldn't quite finish attaching (there was a small space). I noticed at the store that the monitor on display had the exact same issue with the HP cable, Glad I got this one.
