Nes mini comes with a very short cord and this extends the cord so you dont have to sit right in front of the t.v.

If you are fortunate enough to own a classic NES trust me you are going to need this to be able to play comfortably.

May be an off brand BUT works perfectly. I can play laying from my bed instead of slouching in front of my tv!

The original size of the cable it comes with is very short. This extension works perfect and not so close to the TV

This is a must if you have a NES Classic. It is long enough to reach a good viewing distance.

Does as stated. There is a clear plastic piece on the male end that partially blocks the second port on the classic NES. Might have to remove it if you have two controllers. Otherwise, it works (and price isn't too bad).

If you plan on using the OeM new classic controllers you will definitely need this extension, long enough as well

The NES Classic controller has a very short cord. With this adapter, I'm able to sit on my couch to play games.

This product works great to entend the ridiculously short NES Classic controllers. As others have mentioned, just remove the clear plastic clip if you're trying to use two controllers. The clear clips are made for the Wii U controllers and serve no purpose for the NES Classic. Also, if you're looking for a lot of extra length, you can actually connect multiple extenders together. I tried connecting two of these together and it worked perfect.

I find it really annoying that in order to play comfortably you have to buy the extender, but I happily purchased it anyhow. Works great and reaches the distance between my couch and the entertainment center perfectly.

Works great. Exactly as expected. Now I don't have to sit soooo close to the TV when I enjoy my NES classic!

Due to the extremely short controller cord that the console comes with, this extension more than makes up for it.

the nes controllers have a 3 ft cable , and is so shooort , this one really extends and solves the problem

It works. It's pretty stupid that you need one of these. But, that's nintendo for you. No issues thus far.

This cord fit my needs. I was able to play the NES from a distance, I didn't have to sit directly up on the tv.

Very useful to have a longer cord with this extender. It's a shame they discontinued the NES Classic though.
