The cord is actually really short. It should be a minimum of 10 ft. And it does not allow you the capability to use 2 controllers at one time because of how it's made. I returned it and ordered from amazon.

This thing is a must have if you bought the new classic. Only problem is that it has a little plastic piece that blocks you from plugging In second controller. I took it off though and it works good.

Good but they make a wireless controller. So for 15 $ you can get the wireless instead of buying another controller for 10$ and extended cord for 10$ that's 20$ total. Crazy!

I feel that its terrible that I had to purchase this item to better enjoy and experience my nes classic. Pros - it works, its 6' extending my controller to 7" Cons - The part where it plugs in has a plastic cover that is screwed in that prevents it from plugging to slot 1 and have a controller on slot 2. I could unscrew to see how if it would work, but i would rather not find out if it would work that way to use 2 controllers. - its $10 down the drain unfortunately.

Bought this hoping it would fix the short cord problem with my NES Classic but unfortunately it stopped working after a week.

Cord stopped functioning after about a month. Don't buy. Total junk

Needs to be longer. Had to remove caps to plug both in at same time.

The original controller cords are only around 3' long. This extension is needed for most users. Cannot be used on two controllers at the same time though due to an unnecessary dongle they attached that MUST be removed to plug into the NES Classic next to a second extension corded controller.

bought two of these and after just about 1 month 1 stopped working.

I had this and it worked for a total of one day before it broke.

Unless you want to sit right up in front of the TV or use a long HDMI cable to pull the system in front of you, this extension cable is the perfect way to make playing the NES Classic a more enjoyable and comfortable experience. Just remember to unscrew the small plastic clip on the connector if you want to make room for a second controller.

I wish the cable was longer. Still does not reach the sofa

When this cable is plugged into controller port 1 on the NES Classic console, the connector covers part of controller port 2. As a result only one controller can be connected to the console while this cable is in use.

As you know, the NES Classic comes with a controller that has a nearly worthless 2' cord. This 6' extender makes the cord 8', which is perfect for actually sitting in a recliner or chair and playing video games on a television that isn't directly in your face.

If you're one of the lucky ones and actually scored a Nes Mini, you need this extender cable. The controller cable is maybe 3 feet from console to remote...buying this cable adds the feet you need to play comfortably.

Works great. It gives you extra length so it allows you to sit farther away from the TV.
