Only drawback for the SNES classic is controller length, and this solves it. Now I can lay on the couch and play, rather than sitting on front of the tv. Must have if you bought the system.

The Nintendo cord extender is a must if you want to be able to sit back fro the television screen when playing the game. I love it and am glad I purchased it.

Since the Nes Classic's cords are so short it is almost impossible to comfortably play this system without extenders. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This review can be summed up in two words: must have. Worth every penny to sit a few feet further away.

FYI, the clear plastic piece that some are saying is in the way for a second controller can be removed. It's being held on by 2 screws. Unscrew it and remove. Done! Now you can use 2 of these.

Awesome..a must have..the length is excellent and necessary..8.5 in total lenght when attached to wire of controller..just unscrew the screws to the plastic clip..remove it..screw the screw back in and there will be no issue with two controllers being plugged inside by side

Great quality, one of the very few I was able to find along side my NES purchase. Only drawback, I am using two of these at a time because of distance. Longer options would have been a plus.

Much needed extension cable for the notoriously-short NES Classic controller. Connects easily and doesn't lose connection. Flexible, not too stiff. Using it on and off for the last few years and it still holding up just fine today.

Works as intended. You have to remove the clear plastic part so two of the cables can be plugged in to the NES Classic at the same time. The extension are a big help. I don't have to go cross-eyed now on my 65" TV.

You have to remove the clear plastic pieces from the cables to use two of them with the NES Classic. You just need a small screwdriver to remove them. Other than that they work great.

When purchasing the NES console you DEFINITELY need the extended cord so you don't have to sit so close to the television! Thanks for having it be so inexpensive.

This makes the NES Classic playable. The 2.5 foot cord on the controllers out of the box makes you sit way too close but this makes it great!

Great cable, it's not all bended and twisted when you first open it, it comes out smooth and straight. Works great with NES Classic Console.

This cord is needed to give you the space you need to play because the cord length on the wired controller is only 2.5 feet. With this cord you get a nice comfortable 8.5 feet. One major problem is there is a clear plastic clip on the end of the cord that plugs into the NES Classic and it does not leave enough room to plug another cord in to allow two players to play. If the cord did not have the clear plastic piece it would be perfect.

Adds extra length to the somewhat short controller so you don't have to be so close to your tv .

This item is a must have item if you own a Nintendo nes classic as the controller cable is way to short

This works flawlessly with a single controller, virtually a necessity with the short length of the cable included with the system. However, the design physically blocks a second controller from being plugged in. Until this is corrected, I could ONLY recommend this to those not interested in multi-player.
