    I needed a video cable to connect an HDMI monitor to my computer that did not have an HDMI output, only VGA and DVI. This cable did just what I needed it to do. DVI to HDMI without any extra converter attachments.

    When video cards are nor suppling 2 HDMI out puts we use the DVI port and this cable does the trick!
