    I recently purchased a new hp Envy and needed a cable to connect it to an older Gateway flatscreen monitor with a DVI input. This HDMI to DVI cable does the trick. Not much more to be said for a cable. It does the job, provides good picture resolution at a decent price. I might add that I bought mine as an open box item and enjoyed the discount. No regrets.
