    I bought this cable in order to hook up a new computer tower to my older DVI monitor. It was the wrong polarity on the DVI end. Returned without using.

    I purchased this DVI-D to Hdmi cable to connect my laptop to a monitor with a larger screen. These cables aren't that easy to find at your typical discount stores with computer departments, so I went to Best Buy, where I knew it could be purchased. The monitor has great clarity, so it appears the cable is doing its job!!!

    Cable works great. Very high quality. Best Buy significantly overcharges for cables and items you need right away (even the cashier acknowledged when I bought it up). This policy causes me to buy from online stores for items which I can anticipate. Best Buy would be better off selling such items at a reasonable price so we can buy from them all the time and help our local communities.

    Cable works with all flavors DVI except Analog. Will work on high resolution monitors if needed and is good quality.
